T ra d e Spencer celebrated at the opening o f the New York Film Festival re lease o f Dead Presidents. The success o f the film and soundtrack have been phenomenal. After three weeks o f the release o f the Dead Presidents soundtrack, the album is number 5 on B illborad’s “ Top R &B Album ” and number 26 on the “ Billboard 200” charts. The movie remained in the number 3 position at the box office for two consecutive weeks. The impeccably mixed Keepin’ Dah Funk A live is culled from the hottest moments o f a recent stop in Tokyo and, alongside the incomparable Bootzilla on Space Bass and vocals, the CD features two key P-Funk albums: Synth-sorcerer Bernie W orrell on keyboards and organ and vocalist/em cee G ary “ Mudbone” Cooper on lead throat and verbal rap-ability.
