over high heat. When it sizzles, add
the onions, celery, bell peppers, and I
tablespoon o f the Poultry Magic. Cook
and stir for two minutes, then stir in the
garlic. Reduce that heat to medium
and cook, stirring and scraping as the
vegetables brown and start to stick, for
two minutes more. Stir in the tomatoes
and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the
stock and cool, stirring occasionally,
until the vegetables are soft and the
sauce is thick, about 15 minutes. Re­
move from the heat.

C h ild re n ’ s Store fo r the th ird annu­
al season.
The outlet has a new location
on the th ird flo o r o f the G alleria on
Southwest 10th and M orrison. It
w ill remain open u n til Jan. 15.

store w ith k id s ’ s tu ff o n ly; i t ’ s a
holiday g ift store fo r everyone. A ll

In its first tw o seasons, the store
raised more than $350,000 to help
local kids in crisis.
This year, the store is selling

Hanukkah and Christmas. Items in ­

teddy bears, cookbooks, je w e lry ,
teas, mustards, candles, frames
