Request For Proposals
The City of Portland, Oregon requests proposals from firms
or individuals proficient in the review of commercial and
residential plans for conformance with fire and life safety and
the structural provision of the State Structural Specialty Code,
Mechanical Specialty Code, and One and Two Family Dwell­
ing Code.
A complete description of the specific requirements for the

seeking to engage a Construction Manager/General Contrac­
tor to provide services for the Kerr Library Expansion. The
project will consist of an addition of approximately 147,000 gsf
to the existing Library, a renovation of the existing 189,000 gsf
building, and site improvements around the perimeter of the
building.

The Medicare Medical Review Analyst II is responsible for performing
medical review activities on Medicare claims received from providers
to assure application of benefits according to HCFA coverage

experience:
Requirement include current licensure as a registered nurse in the
state of Oregon with a minimum of three years current work experi­
ence in an acute care medical/surgery setting, strong computer skills

Invitation To Bid
Sealed proposals for construction of the Barney Well House
and appurtenances will be received at City Hall, 400 East
Third Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754, until 10:00, local time,
August 25, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and
read. Bids shall be titled: Bid: City of Prineville, Barney Well
House.
The work contemplated consists of: 1. Construction of a
concrete masonry until building (12-feet by 30 feet). 2. Instal­
lation of plumbing and piping to connect the Barney W ell to
City Prineville’s transmission line. 3. Connection to power and
telephone utilities. 4. Installation of a gas chlorination system.
5. Installation of a submersible pump (100 hp, 700 gpm),
pump controls and all appurtenances.
The contract time will be limited to 60 calendar days, with
liquidated damages of $450.00 per day should the Contractor
fail to complete the work within the time allowed.
