Request For Qualifications
The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services re­
quests qualifications from firms interested in providing engi­
neering services for the Insley Basin & Taggart A Basin Relief
and Reconstruction PreDesign.
A complete description of the project, specific requirements
and evaluation criteria for the SOQ may be obtained from
Kathy Bambeck, Bureau of Environmental Services, Room
400, 1120 S. W. Fifth Ave., Portland, OR. 97204, (503) 823-
7209. SOQ’s shall be received at that office until 4:00 p.m.,
August 18,1995.
Consultant selection shall be in accordance with Chapter 5.68
of the City Code. The most qualified firms will be supplied with
a Request for Proposals.
Consultants shall be required to conform to the City’s MBE/
WBE/ESB and Equal Employment Opportunity Programs.
