Portland (HAP). 8910 N. Woolsey Avenue. Portland. Oregon
97203, until 2:00 p.m., Thu rsda y, J u ly 13 , 1995 for labor and
m aterials to make site and dwelling improvements at ten ( 10)
m ulti-family scattered sites. Shortly thereafter, bids will be
opened and publicly read. No bidder may withdraw their bid
after the hour set for opening until after the lapse of sixty (60)
days from the bid opening
The basic work consists of demolition and replacement of
concrete driveways, pathways, composition roofing, chainlink
fences, landscaping, closet structures, interior/exterior doors,
windows, flooring, carpet, kitchen/bath cabinets, ceramic tile
and basic electrical work.
Bid Documents are available at the HAP Office noted above.
A $50 (fifty) deposit for one set and $20 (twenty) for each
additional set is refundable when documents are returned
within 10 days after bid opening.
Attendance of bidders is requested at a pre-bid tour of the
project commencing at the HAP Maintenance Office, ad­
dress above, at 9.00 a.m., T h u rsda y, Ju n e 29, 1995.
Questions posed during the tour, not addressed in the
documents, will be answered by addendum.
The Housing Authority of Portland may 'eject any bid not in
compliance with the prescribed bidding procedures and
requirements and may reject any or all bids and waive all
informalities if, in the judgment of HAP, it is in the public
interest to do so. Questions regarding this project should be

Briefly, the project includes resurfacing an existing outdoor
athletic track and adjacent event runways, including prepa­
ration and minor dem olition and repair. A ll p ro d u c t and

upon deposit of $25.00.
Deposits will be refunded for documents returned in “good
condition" within two weeks after opening of bids.

Plan Center, Portland; Construction Data, Portland; Eugene
Builder’sExchange, Eugene; Salem Contractor's Exchange,

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cams, Office of the
Finance Department, 616 NE 4th Avenue, Camas, W ashing­
ton, until 10:00 a.m. on June 26,1995 and will then and there
be publicly read for the construction of the improvement.
All bid proposals shall be accompaniod by a bid proposal
deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety
bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount
such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter
