From stitching and sewing at Cos­ tumes & Creatures to welding and painting at VEE Production Services to booking and marketing at the home office, more than 300 people work for six months with a $1.5 m illion budget before the curtain lifts on another edit ion o f Sesame Street Live. To entertain more than 28 m illion people over the past 15 years, VEE Corporation has produced 20 d iffe r­ ent live musical stage shows. What’ s the result o f this hard work? Twenty miles o f cable for sound and lights, 50 props, 15 paint­ ed drops, 16,000 lights and dozens o f performers making hundreds o f cos­ tume changes come together to bring you a 90-m:nute extravaganza o f sing­ ing, dancing and fun with the be­ loved Sesame Street Live Muppets. The number o f breweries marks the largest participation ever in the history o f the event. The festival is the nation’s larg­ est presentation ofhand-crafted beers.
