The broad­ casts will run from 9 a.m. to midnight both Saturday and Sunday, March 18-19. Dr. Kwaku Person-Lynn will serve as host and program producer. Lynn is a nationally recognized schol­ ar in the field o f history and African culture. Fred Hembry is executive pro­ ducer in charge o f the national broad­ cast in Portland. The promoters said the broad­ cast will deal with the Apartheid, poverty, self-hate driven crimes, di­ vided leadership and most awful, critically low self-esteem suffered by pan Africans. “These phenomena are further $5— Entry Fee compounded by a vacuum in the realm o f Afrikan history, culture and its value system.
