Portland (HAP), 8910 N. Woolsey Avenue, Portland, Oregon,

materials to provide security improvements at two existing
apartment projects. Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened
and publicly read. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the
hour set for opening thereof until after the lapse of sixty (60)

The basic work consists of replacing existing intercoms,
adding new proximity card access control, adding new sur
veillance cameras, adding door alarms and adding monitor
ing equipment for all new equipment.

A $50 (fifty) deposit for one and $20 (twenty) for each
additional set is refundable when documents are returned in
good condition within 10 days after bid opening.

Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s
check or bidder’s bond payable to the City of eugene in an
amount equal to ten percent of the amount bid. Filing of a

Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered for
acceptance. NO bid will be received or considered unless the
bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS
279.350 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be complied
