Partners In Vocational Opportunity Training (PIVOT) is a new job training program through Portland
Public Schools and Job Corps that will provide GED preparation and completion, vocational training
and a wide range of support services to teen mothers who live in Multnomah County. PIVOT is co
located with the Monroe Program at the historic Monroe School Sit.
