The prim ary focus is on im proving the method of placing classified or display advertising in publications that will provide the state with the best exposure at a com petitive price and with the greatest efficiency in preparing, placing and processing the paperwork. The State proposes to use this information to produce a "Request For Proposal” (RFP) to obtain the services of an advertising broker to serve all State Agencies. Inform ation/capabilities to be supplied by the interested party should include: areas of experience/expertise in the different types of media; geographic coverage; ability to provide service to the various types of agencies within the State; definition of the interface between the State and your organization for the processing of Advertising/M arketing Inform ation; The Rate Structure for the Various Types of Services; and Information on the latest innovations In Adver­ tising/M arketing.
