Employee Assistance Pro­
gram (EAP) services on atem-
porary basis. Anticipated du­
ration of this position is six
months, although it may con­
clude earlier or later or may
become permanent. Essen­
tial duties include: Conduct­
ing clinical interviews for as­
sessment of clients; conduct­
ing individual, couple and fam­
ily counseling; Gathering rel­
evant information from clients;
com m unication effectively
with mental-health profession­
als throughoutthe community.
The position also assists as
requested in program market­
ing and promotion activities,
and may be requested to per­
form other standard CAZ du­
ties. Position works 20 hours
per week. Shifts are flexible,
and will occur between 8am
and 8pm Monday through Fri­
day. To Q ualify: A Master’s
Degree in a human services
discipline and two years’ su­
pervised human services ex­
perience or equivalent are re­
quired. Candidates mustdem-
onstrate an ability to commu­
nicate information and ideas
effectively both orally and in
writing. Preferred candidates
will possess experience/edu-
cation in corporate structures
and organizational dynamics.
