Water Treatment Plant
Sealed proposals for the City of Cannon Beach, W ater Treat
ment Plant, addressed to Jerry Minor, P.E., City Engineer,
7080 S.W. Fir Loop, Portland, Oregon 97110, will be received
at the offices of KCM, Inc. at the same address until 4:00 p.m.
on March 30 ,1 9 9 4 and then will be publicly opened and read.

Principal items of w ork shall generally consist of the following:
Construct a W ater Treatm ent Plant of 1 million gallon per day
(mgd) capacity including intake and filtered water pump sta
tions, slow sand filters, sitew ork and site piping, and associ
ated work.
Bids shall be based on a lump sum bid as stated on the
Contractors Bid Form.
W ork shall be com pleted 180 calendar days after the date set
forth in the Notice to Proceed.
