The Golden Eagle were orga­
nized in 1953 in Birmingham, Ala­
bama by several young men who had
The dream of Dr. Martin Luther K ing
that one day they would become great
singers and also make it to the moun­
tain top.
The Golden Eagles were bom in
the State of Alabama. There they
were taught to accept and respect God
and his word.
The love that the E agles had
for each other inspired them to
com bine their voices togeth er for
the enjoym ent o f m any people
around the world.
In 1967 The G olden E agles
won the H ighest Award for G os­
pel Singing in the S tate o f A la­
bam a and also w ent on to start
their recording success the sam e
year with the release o f their first
a lb u m e n t i t le d “ I A i n ’t No
S tra n g e r N o w ” an d “ N o b o d y
K now sT heT roubles I S ee.’’These
two songs led to the m assive re ­
sponse from across the nation.
This gave The Golden Eagles the
incentive to keep writing, arranging
and recording.
The Golden Eagles latest record­
ing was October 10th, 1993 entitled
“Who Do You Think Woke You Up
This Morning? Nobody But Jesus!”

With God in our hearts, love in
our minds, support and encourage­
