contains a statement by the bidder as a part of its bid that the
provisions of ORS 279.350 or 40 U.S.C. 276a are to be
complied with.

Portland (HAP), 8910 N. W oolsey Avenue, Portland, Oregon,
97302, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 4. 1994 for labor
and materials to make site and dwelling improvements at an
existing office building. Shortly thereafter, bids will be opened
and publicly read. Interested parties are welcome to attend.

non-segregated facilities and a waiver from enforcing the
payment of non-federal prevailing wages when said wages,
exclusive of any fringe benefits, exceeds the applicable wage
rate determined by the Secretary of HUD. Minimum salaries
and wages as set forth in the specifications shall be paid on this
project.
A bid security of 5% of the bid is required as prescribed in the

No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for openinc

The Housing Authority of Portland may reject any bid not in
compliance with the prescribed bidding procedures and re­
quirements and may reject any or all bids and waive al

PREQUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS Pursuant to the Mult­

Highways, Streets, Roads, Airports, Parks and Rest
Areas.
Prequalifications applications or statements must be prepared
during the period of one year priorto the bid date. Prequalification
application and proof of prequalification by the Oregon Depart­
ment of Transportation must be actually received or post­
marked to Multnomah County Purchasing by not later than 10
days prior to bid opening.
All bidders must comply with the requirements of the prevailing
wage law in ORS 279.350.
