quality o f life and im prove the level o f

term care facilities. They protect the
rights, safely and d ig n ity o f the rcsi-
dents. The in itia l tra in in g program
w ill be held in Salem on November 3,
10,and 17and December 1 ,8 ,and 15.

tra in in g program before being ce rti­
fied. The tra in in g includes co n flict
resolution, advocacy skills and prob­
lem -solving techniques, as w ell as
