Notice Of Intent
The Oregon Department of Transportation, Region 1 is seek­
ing qualifications from qualified consultants to develop a
procedure for evaluating proposed applications for conges­
tion pricing projects for endorsement by the Oregon Transpor­
tation Commission. The Department proposes to engage the
consultant on a cost plus fixed fee basis The Department
Region 1 office in Milwaukee, Oregon, will administer the
contract.
The total value of the Region 1 contract will not exceed
$45,000. The contract is anticipated to start in November
1993, and will cover a six month period.

The Oregon Department of Transportation, Public Transit
Section, is seeking proposals from consulting firms to assist
in the development of a long range, multi-modal public trans­
portation plan for the state of Oregon.
A mandatory consultant orientation meeting will be held at
1:00 p.m. on September 17,1993, in Room 122 of the Oregon

Request For Proposals
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is request­
ing proposals from auditors interested in conducting cost and
compliance audits of firms contracted to perform environmen­
tal services for the Environmental Cleanup Division. The total
cumulative dollar amount of the contracts is approximately
$15.5 million over a four year period.

issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for an individual or
organization to assist in the collection of data on risk/protec-
tive factors which predict higher rates of alcohol and other
drug abuse, adolescent pregnancy, juvenile delinquency and
dropping out of school.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to
waive formalities.
No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the
opening thereof or before award of the contract, unless said
award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.
All bidders must comply with the Federal requirements as
noted in Section 00820- Supplementary General Conditions
of the Specifications.
Prime Bidders shall submit a Prequalification Statement to
the Architect not later than two (2) weeks prior to the time set
for the opening of Bids. Submit on A.I.A. Document A305 -

“This project is financed through the Community Develop­
ment Block Grant Program with funds obtained from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development. The con­
tract will be subject to regulations of the Departments of Labor
and Housing and Urban Development.
