Prequalifications Of Bidders Pursuant to the Multnomah
County Public Contract Review Board Administrative Rules
(AR 40.030) Prequalification shall be required forthis project
for the following class(es) of work: Earthwork and Drainage-
Highways, Roads, Streets, and Airport Runways
Prequalification applications or statements must be pre­
pared during the period of one year prior to the bid date.
Prequalification application and proof of prequalification by
the Oregon Department of Transportation must be actually
received or postmarked to Multnomah County Purchasing by
no later than 10 days prior to bid opening.
All bidders must comply with the requirements of the prevail­
ing wage law in ORS 279.350.

equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate proposal. The
successful bidder shall furnish a bond satisfactory to the
board in the full amount of the contract.

Bids are solicited to furnish team building and improving
internal communication for this agency’s elected board.
Proposals will be received by Michael Mlynarczyk, Pur­

Walnut Park/North Precinct Commercial Project
‘ Leasing Services*
The Portland Development Commission is soliciting propos­
als for a contractor to provide leasing services for the Walnut
Park Commercial project at 5408 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr.
Blvd. The selected company will work with PDC staff and a
community advisory committee to develop alternative lease
concept plans, assist in identifying a tenant market and make
recommendations regarding physical layout for 17,500 s.f.
(minimum) of commercial/retail space to be developed in
conjunction with the North Precinct Community Policing
Facility.
Following these initial tasks, the leasing company will be
expected to represent PDC as listing agent and conduct
leasing activities on a commission basis for a one year
period.
