Position: Outreach Worker
Six (6) month position. Forty (40) hour work week. Salary is $8.98
per hour. Some flexibility in hours based on needs of the program

A college degree with m ajor em phasis in com puter science
or business adm inistration is required, VM /CM C or MVS,
and O S /JC L experience required. SAS, COBOL, S, SQL,
Natural and Easytrieve Plus experience.
The program m er analysts responsibilities include:
• Analyzing system s related problems, im proving existing
system s, and developing new system s to facilitate risk
analysis, rating, reconciliation and reporting.
• Providing required docum entation, designing data codes
and files, testing results and training other departm ent
High degree of confidentiality is required for this position. Employee
will be working with youth, parents, schools, juvenile justice system,
police community residents and agencies involved with the Youth
Gang Task Force.
Applicants should possess the ability to articulate ideas effectively,
both in written form and orally, before groups of citizens, parents,
pubic entities, schools and community-based organizations.
Previous experience in working with diverse ethnic groups and
youth serving agencies.
Police security checks will be required of all finalists. Finalists must
have insured vehicle and valid Oregon Drivers License.
