The Comprehensive Plan/Annual Statement describes how the Department of Housing Services will address the need for physical, management and operational improvement utilizing the Comprehensive Grant Program funding pro­ vided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to modernize existing public housing. Residents of public housing, local government leadership, and other interested parties are encouraged to submit their comments orally and in writing.
