Qualified candidates must have a strong demonstration of PC/
DOS, SQL, Relational Databases, Client/Server, Data Modeling,
Data Analysis, and Developmental Methodologies. The individual
must be able to communicate well orally and in writing, relate well
with management and staff and work well in a team environment.
Training in systems analysis is required with special emphasis in
the areas of project management, user relations, data gathering
techniques, and communication. In addition, knowledge of IBM/
MVS, TSO, distributed application languages, and networking is
desired. Any additional PC/Distributed Platform skills are a plus. A
college degree in computer science or related area is desirable,
although commendable performance as a Senior or Lead Analyst
may substitute for college experience.
