groups about the benefits of the camp
experience.

specialized positions during his ca­

Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellow, he
will be spending the week here at
Linfield visiting classes, leading group
discussions , and giving a public lec­
ture. I have asked Ambassador
Reinhardt to comment on the condi­
tions necessary for stabilization of the
political system in southern African
