Sometimes we have trouble find­
ing God. We know H e’s not hiding,
but it seems that we are distanced
from Him. At tim es like that, prayer
and Bible reading are helpful But
we have access to Him in another
way, too. In ourselves-in our bodies,
God has hidden shadow s o f Him self
for us to see.
Just for a moment, look at the
hands we are using to hold this news­
paper that we are now reading. For
the rest o f the week think about them
as we use them. W hen we gently
push our hair back from our fore­
heads, marvel at the sensitivity that
our hands create as they soothe our
foreheads Think about the ja r cap
