Coordinator is responsible for a

Starting salary for this position is
$10,800 annually and includes
all regular faculty benefit includ­

gree is required to be consid­
ered for this position. Professional
experience or training in program
development, implementing out­
reach programming for non-tra-
ditional students and their fami­
lies in a higher education setting.
Other qualifications include ex­
perience in supervision of a multi­
cultural staff; knowledge of stu­
dent development theory and/or
personnel administration; exer­
cising a leadership role in a com ­
munity setting; the ability to orga­
nize work; the capacity to adapt
to an ever-changing work envi­
ronment; and to work well with
co-workers, residents, and the
general public. If hired, the can­
didate must be able to obtain an
Oregon drivers license.
