The Portland Development Commission is soliciting proposals
for a Consultant to assist in the identification of commercial
development concepts to be evaluated in conjunction with the,
relocated North Police Precinct facility at 5408 NE Martin Luther
King, Jr. Blvd.
The selected consultant will assist PDC staff and a local
Advisory committee to identify commercial.retail development
concepts present oral and written recommendations.
