Ophthalmic Technology Program.
“Ophthalmic Technology?” you say...
O-P-H-T-H-A-L-M-FC medical te chn icia ns assist
ophthalmologists with direct eye care. They take
medical histories, perform diagnostic tests, adminis­
ter medications, assist in surgery and in fitting contact
lenses.
Ophthalmic Technology is a rapidly growing field
ottering -good salaries f a new graduates. The PCC
associate of applied science degree program was
created to help satisfy a growing demand.
PCC otters one of only two OphlhaJmic Technology
programs at community colleges nationwide, and the
only one on the West Coast
Space is limited to the first 25 qualifying students.
