The Oregon Tourism Alliance (OTA), a consortium of NW Oregon
governm ents, is requesting proposals for development and
publication of the 1992 NW Oregon Travel Guide. Work required
includes copywriting, graphics, printing, and communication with
O TA members. Budget for the Travel Guide shall not exceed

Construction of approxim ately 1,600 feet of 18-inch
diameter polyethylene pipe for a submerged outfall.
W ork shall be complete 180 days after Notice to

3. Schedule C Kanaka Pump Station
Modifications to an existing sewage pump station
including removal and replacement of duplex package
pump system, and construction of a garage for an
existing tractor mounted standby power generator.
W ork shall be complete 180 days after Notice to
Proceed. This portion is non EDA and CBDG spon­
sored work.

This project is funded in part by federal grants by the Economic
Development Administration (EDA) of the U.S. Department of
Commerce and a Community Block Development Grant (CBDG).
The EDA grant of $1,000,000 and CBDG of $500,000 together
represent approxim ately 60 percent of the total estimated project
cost. All work performed on this project will be subject to
prevailing Davis-Bacon W age Rates or the W ashington State
Department of Labor and Industries W age Rate Decision, w hich­
ever is higher for each trade classification. The City of Stevenson
