The City of Camas is requesting submittal of professional quali
fications for 1992 through 1995 services. The services to be
rendered may include the areas of civil engineering, environ
mental, transporation, surveying, landscape, planning, archi
tectural, geotechnical, electrical, and mechanical. Specific
projects may include professional services associated with the
development of storm sewers, sanitary sewers, environmental
delineation, geotechnical studies, street improvements, traffic
analysis, bridge inspections, and sprinkler systems.
The City will retain on file all statements of qualifications for con
sultant selection on specific projects. The final selection will be
by the recommendation of the public works director to the City
Council on each of the respective projects. Please submit

The proposed project is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
(DBE) training program to enable DBE's to participate in con
tracting opportunities available through the Westside Light Rail
Project. The training program will be designed to provide DBE’s
information on the procurement process, bonding, required cer
tification and will include production of an informational video as
well as workshops.
Tri-Met’s Special Transportaion Fund Advisory Committee (STFAC)
is currently reviewing funding requests. The STFAC will meet to
make a final recommedation on project funding on W ednesday,
February 19 at the Portland Building, 1120 SW 5th Avenue,
Second Floor, Meeting Room C, from 9:50-10:50am. A sign
language interpreter will be present. Any interested person may
