uled to be held by the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation
District of Oregon (Tri-Met) at 3:30 P.M. W ednesday, December

hearing were received.
The hearing would have been held for the purpose of considering
a grant application requesting Section 9 assistance under the
Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended, for:

1.01 NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Bids will be received by L.D. Mattson Inc., General Contractor,
for Beaverton School District 48 at the General Contractors
Office, 2264 Judson Street S.E., Salem, Oregon 97302, (mail­
ing address, PO Box 12335, Salem, Oregon 97309), until 3:00
p.m., local time, Monday December 23, 1991 for the New
Beaverton Elementary School, Murrayhill Site at SW 160th Ave.
and SW Cormorant Drive,Beaverton, Oregon. The bids will then
be privately opened. Bid results will be made available after the
Owner’s review. Bids received after the time fixed for receiving
bids cannot be considered.
Briefly, the work identified as Bid Package #5 includes but is not
limited to: metal fabrications, cabinets, roofing, doors and
hardware, glass and glazing systems, drywall and ceiling sys­
tems, floor coverings, H.V.A.C., plumbing, fire protection and
electrical.
Those firms bidding the H.V.A.C., plumbing and electrical will
be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and
material payment bond as a part of their bid with the costs
thereof included in the bid price. All bidders will be required to
coordinate the scope of their work with that of the previous bid
packages.

to Bidders, and ORS 279.039(1), in the following City of Portland
categories: Park Improvements. Prevailing wage rates as set
forth in the Contract documents must be paid on the Project. The
bidder must be licensed under ORS 468.883. No bids for a
construction contract shall be rendered or considered by the
commission unless the bidder is registered with the State Con­
struction contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape
contractors board.
Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a
