Effective November 1,1991. the following changes have been made to the Supplemental Required Contract Provisions Disad­ vantaged Business Enterprise Program: SECTION 4, Paragraph 11 NOW READS The contractor may work with a DBE service provider to obtain needed materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, person­ nel, bonding, or insurance to perform a contract or program function. The contractor may count toward its DBE goal only the portion of the am ount paid which constitutes the fee or commission to be received and retained by the DBE pro­ vider for the service rendered.
