years of the required experience,
but will not substitute for the one
year of specialized experience.

The Port of Portland is recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator for
the Director of Planning in the Executive Department. The successful
candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing clerical and administrative support for the Planning
Director, other Planning staff, and the Executive Department;
• Providing assistance in preparation and maintenance of department
budget;
• Scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating depart­
ment projects.
In addition to a starting salary of $19,850 to $22,441, commensurate
