Supervisor for its utilities plant
(steam and power). Responsi­
bilities include supervising 7-10
people in the operation and main­
tenance of Mill water supply
systems, effluent treatment sys­
tems, steam power system, and
kraft recovery plant. Supervisors
are responsible for the operation
of all such systems in com pli­
ance with all environmental per-
mits/requirements. Position is
also responsible for coordinating
with maintenance departments
to get needed work done while
minimizing production disruption.
Candidates must have an under­
standing of power and Kraft re­
covery boiler operations, and
previous supervisory experience.
BS in Engineering highly desir­
able. Candidates must be com ­
mitted to employee involvement,
creative, willing to take risks, able
to analyze ambiguous problems,
and train and develop em ploy­
ees.
