The MERC requires tem porary ad­ m inistrative personnel services on an as-needed, on-call basis. In the event an agency is unable to m eet any request for services by the MERC, that agency waives the assignm ent and the assignm ent will be offered to the next agency in the rotation order. The M ERC’s requirements cannot be determined at this time, and the MERC does not guarantee any minimum or maxi­ mum am ount or duration of services. The MERC reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject any or all proposals for cause upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
