Because of the complications HAP has had in the past with taking large numbers of applications by telephone, families eligible for Section 8 Housing need to APPLY IN PERSON at Erickson’s, 9 NW 2nd Portland, April 1 - 5, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. After these dates, applications will be taken at HAP offices at 135 S. W. Ash, weekdays, from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
