execution of a Level 2 Environmental Investigation of 17 Parcels in the Holman
Redevelopment Area until 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December
21,1990, at its offices located at 1120 S.W. Fifth Avenue, Suite 1100, Portland,
Oregon 97204-1968.
Contract Documents may be obtained from the Portland Development Commis­
sion by depositing $40 00 for each document so obtained. There will be a man­
datory preproposal meeting on December 11,1990,1:30 pm, at the offices of the
commission. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the proposal format
