Project Description
The project involves storm drainage for reconstruction of S.E. Sweetbriar lane
for a distance of 1550 feet Approximate major quantities of work include the
following:
1476 lineal feet of 4" ADS slotted drain pipe with asphaltic concrete surface res­
toration.

upon payment of a $20.00 non-refundable tee per set. All technical questions

All proposals must be submitted on the regular form furnished with the speci­
fications and each must be accompanied by a certified check of bid bond made
payable to the City of Troutdale in an amount not less than 10% (ten percent) of the

pre qualification being submitted to the City of troutdale a minimum of ten days prior
to bid opening.
The City of Troutdale reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all infor­
malities, or to accept any bid which appears to serve the best interest of the City.

The Regional Rail Program is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants
for the preparation of conceptual engineering analysis for light rail in the Barbur
Corridor. The selected consultant will be expected to analyze up to three feasible
LTR alignments within this corridor.
It is required the consultant will have experience with light rail transit planning,
engineering, bridge design and cost estimation experience. The consultant will ex­
amine operating and capital cost estimates for light rail service, prepare a gener­
alized impact assessment, analyze local traffic operations and complete an evalu­
ation of each alternative alignment.
The City of Portland encourages participation of minority/women business en­
terprise contractors in its projects.

LIGHT RAIL IN THE BARBUR CORRIDOR
Project Description
The N/NE Parent Child Development Center is a new prevention program funded
by the State of Oregon “Great Start.” The program focus is children, pre-natal
through 30 months, and their parents/guardians. Services will include parent
education, infant/toddler developmental activities and screenings, health and
mental health promotion, and enhanced access to other services. Service
delivery will involve groups, workshops, classes and outreach. The program
will involve a variety of service delivery approaches including complimenting
existing programs, community education, and services in the neighborhoods at
sites to be developed. Initial neighborhood focus areas will include Columbia
Villa and Iris Court. Future site development will involve a customized RV
(Parentmobile). Staff openings include the following positions.
COORDINATOR: Duties include project development and implementation in­
cluding development of culturally sensitive curriculum and service delivery,
community networking, staff supervision, scheduling services, public^rela-
tions, reports and delivery of direct service components. QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree plus two years experience or Bachelors degree with equivalent
experience, in early childhood or social service field plus minimum two years
experience in project management. Salary Range: $22,000-$26,000.
PARENT/CHILD SPECIALIST:Assist Coordinator with program develop­
ment and planning, provide project direct services including developmental
activities and screenings, parenting education, outreach and in-home services
as needed. QUALIFICATION: masters degree in early childhood or social
service field or equivalent experience. Salary Range: 518,000-19,600.
PARENT/CHILD PROGRAM ASSISTANT: Two positions. Participates in
planning and implementation, provides direct services as assigned including
outreach, parenting classes, groups, and workshops, infant/toddler devlopmen-
tal activities, information, referral and advocacy. Salary Range: $16,500-
17,800.
All positions require a valid drivers license. Knowledge of N/NE Portland com­
