B rie fly, the project consists of, but is not lim ited to, removal o f existing
skylight, tcaroff o f existing roofing, installation o f new insulation, new
roofing systems, roo f repair, new flashing, new sheet metal cladding, new
skylight system, new elastomeric coating, and painting.
Bids w ill be received on a lump sum basis for the work as shown on the
Drawings, and described in the Specifications.
One set o f Contract Documents may be obtained from the Design and
Construction Services Department, Oregon Health Sciences University,
3505 S.W. Veterans Road, Portland, Oregon, by prime bidders only upon
a deposit o f $50.00
Deposits w ill be refunded for documents returned in “ good condition ’ ’ by
actual bidders w ith in seven (7) days after opening o f bids.
Contract Documents may be examined at various plan centers in the
Portland area, the Salem Exchange, or at the OHSU Campus Service
Building.
A ll bidders must com ply w ith the requirements o f the prevailing wage law
in ORS 279.350.
No bid w ill be considered unless fu lly completed in the manner provided
in the “ Instructions to Bidders” upon the B id Form provided and

Notice is hereby given that the public hearing previously scheduled to be
held by the Tri-C ounty M etropolitan Transportation D istrict o f Oregon
(T ri-M e t) at 3:30 P.M. Wednesday, M ay 30, 1990, at the Portland
Building, 1120 S.W. 5th Avenue, Second Floor M eeting Room "C " w ill
not be held because no requests fo r hearing were received.
