REQUEST FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The State of Oregon, Department of Forestry is seeking services of an
architectural firm or firms for the design of office building additions
and remodelings at the following locations; 14995 South Hwy 211,
Molalla, OR 97038 and 22965 North Fork Road S.E., Lyons, OR
97358. The Molalla project consists of a 750 sq. ft. addition and 1400
sq. ft. of remodeling. The Lyons project consists of a 1500 sq. ft. of
remodeling. The services will include all phases from programming
through design development including construction cost estimates for
both projects with further services pending legislative authorization
Architectural firms capable of providing these services for one or both
projects arc invited to submit a letter of interest describing the firm’s
experience, capabilities, personnel credentials (including subconsul­
tants) and other data sufficient to establish their qualifications for the
project. Letters of interest should be addressed to: Dan Christensen,
District Forester, Oregon Department of Forestry, 14995 South Hwy
211, Molalla, OR 97038 (telephone 829-2216). Submittal must be
received by 5:00 PST, February 28, 1990.
The State of Oregon, Department of General Services formal selection
procedure will be followed in accordance with Administrative Rule
No. 125-65-010.
