The Children’s Services Division is seeking the services of an individ­
ual or firm to provide Intensive Family Services in 12 locations
throughout the State, to improve the capability of families to success­
fully solve marital, parent/child, abusive, neglectful and other domestic
relationship problems. The goals of the program are to increase the
safety of children in their own homes and to prevent children, at risk of
placement, from being removed from their parental homes. The loca-
tions/counties to be served and the corresponding RFP numbers are:
Baker (#0-1-1), Clatsop/Tillamook (#0-1-2), Deschutes (#0-1-3), Lane
(#0-11-4), Linn/Benton (#0-2-5), Pendleton (#0-1-6), Coos/Curry (#0-
1-7), Malheur (#0-1-8), Washington (#0-1-9), Union/Wallowa (#0-1-
10), Multnomah (#01-1-11), and Clackamas (#0-1-12). Offeror’s Con­
ferences will be held to answer general questions related to these RFP’s
at 1:00 p.m. on January 23,1990 at the CSD Pendleton Branch Office;
at 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 1990 at the CSD Lane Branch Office in
