Sharon, Lois & Bram release two new
videos from their award-winning Nickelo­
deon Network television show "sharon, Lois
& Bram's Elephant Show." The August
release of "Treasure Island" and "Back By
Popular Demand . . . Live” on the A&M
label are highlights from their TV series,
which is produced by Amie Zipursky and
Bruce Glawson for Cambium Film and
Video Productions.
Sharon, Lois & Bram's premiere vid­
eos, "Sleepover" and "Live in Your Livin-
groom:" — released in March of 1989 —
were certified Gold after only three months.
These two videos are thefirst in the series of
four from the popular "Elephant Show."
The newly-released "Treasure Island,"
an episode from the "Elephant Show," is an
action-filled musical adventure. Sharon,
Lois & Bram and the children discover a
strange old pirate map, board an authentic
sea-going schooner, dig for buried treasure
and play hid and seek with guest pop stars,
TheNylons. "Lots of Worms," "Going Over
the Sea" and a grand medley of sea shanties
are some of thesongs that enliven this fan­
tasy adventure.
"Bake By Popular D em and. . . Live" is
Sharon, Lois & Bram's second collection of
live performances segments from the
"Elephant Show." Included in the video are
the trio's beloved versions o f "Jelly, Jelly in
My Belly," "Skinnamarink," "Chugga,
Chugga," and the catchy joke song "Keep
on the Sunny Side." The performances
recreate a concert setting as the trio sings
and dances along with their family audi­
ence. Sharon, Lois & Bram's vivacious
style engages children at home to join in the
fun.
