The individual in this position will conduct complex investigations of
workers; compensation claims with special emphasis on permanent total
disability, surveillance, fraud and out of state investigations. The posi­
tion requires extensive automobile travel and overnight travel for periods
of up to two weeks. It also requires an irregular work schedule, lifting of
heavy video and camera equipment, exposure to all types of weather and
walking on various types of terrain.
Applicants must have a valid Oregon driver’s license; knowledge of general
and sub rosa investigative procedures and techniques; operation of still,
video and super 8 cameras; minimum of 2 years investigation back­
ground; knowledge of workers; compensation law and medical terminol­
