Sealed bids for exterior painting at Columbia Villa plus 19 scattered sites
owned by the Housing Authority of Pordand will be accepted by the
Housing Authority of Portland, Oregon at 8910 N. Woolsey Avenue,
Portland, OR 97203 until 2:00 p.m., PST, April 14, 1988. After a short
interval, bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bidders may be
present during the bid opening.
Briefly, the work includes (but is not limited to) weatherizing, moisture
sealing, caulking, general painting and pressure washing.
Prospective bidders may pick up one set of bidding documents at 8910 N.
Woolsey Avenue between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, upon
deposit of $20 which is refundable only if documents are returned in good
condition by April 24, 1989. Additional sets of documents may be
purchased at $10 each which is not refundable., Qnly business firms outside

A HAP representative will conduct a tour oi the job site on Friday .April

must have five or more years experience in insurance company safety/
loss control programs; two or more years management experience is
