Sewer Improvement’s Engineering Services.
The study has been funded in pari with grant awards from the Oregon
Community Development Block Grant Program administered by the Oregon
Economic Development Department and the Environmental Protection
Aqency Municipal W astewater Treatment Construction Grants Program
administered by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The
balance of funding will be from issuance of City general obligation bonds.
The project is to correct infiltration and inflow to the sewer collection
system and provide miscellaneous pump station and treatm ent plant
improvements. The estimated cost of the project is $2.1 million. The City
may contract separately or in com bination for the EPA Step 2 and Step 3
