The Association for Portland Progress has entered into an agreement
with the City of Portland to contract for the services of a parking garage
operator at the First and Davis Old Town Garage located at N.W. Front
and Davis. This with be a newly constructed, high usage, short term
facility with a capacity of 401 vehicles.
Only parking facility operators with demonstrated experience and
qualifications in the operation of facilities of similar size, complexity,
equipment, and volume of parking activity should apply. Written
