The County will provide zero percent interest deferred payment loans to investor-owners of rental properties. These loans will be limited to 50 percent of the rehabilitation cost, not to exceed $5,000.-$8,500. per unit, depending on bedroom size. The balance must be obtained from lenders or owner’s private funds. Section 8 Certificates/Vouchers are available to help lower income tenants afford the after rehabilitated rents.
