leston Sanitary D istrict in an amount no less than ten percent (10%) of
the total amount of the bid. Bid bond is to be forfeited as a fixed and li­
quidated damage should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a
contract and provide suitable bond for the faithful performance of the
work in the event the contract is awarded him. Funds for the improve­
ments are available, and monthly payments w ill be made by check.
