The O regon B usiness D evelopm ent Fund loan program . The Oregon Business
Development Fund is a direct loan program, designed to provide fixed rate, long-term
subordinated financing for business expansion. The purpose of the loan program is to
provide financing for land, buildings, fixtures, machinery, and working capital for eligible
activities. Eligible activities generally include manufacturing, distribution and processing.
Fifteen percent of the money in the fund is reserved for loans to women and minority
