Briefly, the work is described as the completion of 2,100 S.F. of
unfinished basement space in Huestis Hall.
Bids will be received on a lump-sum basis for all of the work. One set of
contract docum ents may be obtained by prime bidders only, from
R obertson/S herw ood/Architects pc, 96 East Broadway, Suite 6,
Eugene, Oregon, upon deposit of $50.00. Additional sets may be
obtained for the cost of reproduction plus a deposit of $50.00.
Deposits will be refunded for docum ents returned in good condition by
actual bidders within two weeks after opening bids, but to non-bidders
only if returned no later than one week prior to bid opening.

PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals for the Portland International Airport, Custodial
Services, will be received by the Purchasing Manager at the Port of
Portland offices, 700 N.E. Multnomah Street, Portland, Oregon (mail-
ng address: P.O. Box 3529, Portland, Oregon 97208), until, but not
after, 5:00 p.m., March 28, 1988 and thereafter read.
A mandatory briefing conference will be held on Monday, February 29,
1988 at 8:30 a.m., at the Conference Center, W ashington Room,
Portland International Airport, 7000 N.E. Airport Way, Portland, O re­
gon. A walk-through guided tour will follow the briefing. This is the only
opportunity for proposers to have a guided tour of the facilities and to
discuss all phases of the work. This briefing and tour is m andatory in
order to qualify for submitting a proposal for these services. A sign-up
sheet will be made available.
Specifications, drawings and other contract docum ents will be availa­
ble at the briefing conference.
