The Biotechnology Directory will be a concise cata­ logue of all the public/private biotech efforts under­ way in Oregon. Particular emphasis will be given to research efforts at the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, Oregon Graduate Center and Oregon Health Sciences University. Selection of the technical writer will be based on the individual's qualifications and past experience in handling projects which involve gathering highly technical data through individual interviews, assem­ bling research data into comprehensive format, and inputting text onto an IBM or Apple compatible PC. The Ambassador Program encourages participation of Minority/Women Business Enterprise contractors in all its projects. Proposals should be submitted in the form of a letter that includes your intent and qualifications, the insti­ tutions for which you have provided technical ser­ vices, and samples of your work.
