$2699 monthly. Responsible for
coordination of community deve­
lopment block grants, special
public works and other programs
in various parts of the state.
Reviews grant applications, rates
projects, monitors projects for
state and federal requirements,
provides technical assistance to
cities and counties. Considerable
state-wide travel.
Two years experience in com­
munity development work and a
Bachelor's Degree in the social
sciences or three more years of
related work experience. Know­
ledge of public construction pro­
jects preferred.

ciate position in the Chapter I
Technical Assistance Center.
Primary job duties incl providing
workshops & consultations to
state & district Chapter I staff.
Primary topics for these services
include evaluation, testing, effec­
tive school or program practices,
and management of data for
evaluation & program improve­
ment.
Qualifications include: Doctorate
or exceptional exp in evaluation,
administration, instruction, or re­
lated field; exp in and know­
ledge of applying effective school
practices, testing, and evaluation
of compensatory programs in
schools or states; testing, train­
ing, and computer analyses skills.
SECRETARY
Opportunity now available for
individual with secretarial skills
and personal computer exper­
ience.
Responsibilities include
report preparation requiring stati­
stical input and use of Lotus
applications. Will also be respon­
sible for various clerical duties
including answering department
phones. Applicants must have
excellent verbal and written com­
munication skills, typing speed of
55 wpm and personal computer
