BUDGET ANALYST

Responsible
for proper management of the
agency budget. Performs variety
of budget functions, ranging
from budget development to exe­
cution. Position performs tech­
nical tasks and makes recom­
mendations for management ac­
tion, based on thorough analysis.
Provides advice and technical
assistance. Works with agency
administrators, program mana­
gers, fiscal and data systems
staff to achieve organizational
goals.
To qualify you must have two
years experience gathering and
analyzing data or other informa­
tion, AND a bachelors degree in
major coursework in business or
public administration, statistics
or a closely related field or three
more years of responsible per­
tinent experience.
Graduate
coursework in business of public
administration or a closely related
field may be substituted for up to
one year of the required exper­
ience.
